Luciano Lejtman is a Los Angeles-based visual artist working between photography and light-based installation. His practice brings a cinematic sensibility to the still image, shaped by experiences across remote regions and diverse landscapes.
My work explores light as a force that reveals, transforms and expands perception. Through photography and light intervention, I create images that move between the documentary and the constructed, where observed places and experiences are transformed through light, abstraction and physical form.
I am interested in the point where a photograph moves beyond representation and begins to occupy space. Light becomes both subject and material, altering how an image is perceived and experienced.
With LUMINA, I bring together people, landscapes and transient places through photography, illuminated objects and physical interventions, exploring how images can preserve and transform moments that exist only briefly.
